To qualify
for HPRP or PATH assistance:
1. You must currently live in the City of
Los Angeles
2. You
must be homeless or at risk of homelessness, with no alternative housing options, financial resources or support networks
to help you find housing or stay in your home.
3. Your
current income must not exceed the amounts in the table
4. You must meet the requirements for either homeless prevention assistance or rapid housing as listed below

Homeless Prevention Assistance clients

Rapid Re-housing Assistance
clients may be eligible for housing location, supportive services and financial
assistance to help you move into a rental home.
Homeowners losing your home to foreclosure in the City of Los Angeles & have
an official notice of sale that contains time & place of the foreclosure sale & you meet the requirements above, you
may be eligible for housing location, supportive services & financial assistance to help you move into a rental home.
HPRP cannot be used for mortgage payments.
